Be cautious! Don't wait for a response!
I went to this company based on reviews from Google and a reference from a colleague of mine. My experience was very different from everyone else.
I submitted the information for my taxes a month and a few days before Tax Day (4/18). I didn't hear anything for a couple of weeks and then called. A call shortly after that then came to me saying that taxes would be processed soon (over a weekend, that night - statements like this). I was a little annoyed but finally was contacted by the main accountant and told that my taxes were finished, and he needed a copy of my driver’s license and bank account numbers where we would like a refund deposited. I continued to wait and again told statements like the above (over a weekend, the next day, we will call you,), but still, no one called. Finally, I was panicking. It was getting too close to tax day, and I wanted to go over the taxes myself before submitted. This is the first time I have let someone else prepare my taxes. I left a message saying, ("if they haven't been done, don’t do them"). The next day , I received a call from who I thought was the office manager. She said
that my taxes were done now, and she needed a driver’s license and bank account numbers! I was distraught. Why was I asked for the same information I sent 2 weeks earlier?! I canceled the order and did the taxes myself. At least I could finally be at peace knowing they were correct and processed. I'm sure the accountants in this business are very competent and excellent at their job, but going through the online portal and waiting for a response have been frustrating and caused a great deal of stress for my wife and me. This is the reason you go to accountants in the first place; so you can be assured your taxes are done correctly and without the stress.
