Absolutely dreadful quality,feel well & truly caught out by Chinese rubbish ,they should NOT be allowed to advertise that it’s London based,total misrepresentation,waiting for a reply regarding a total refund!!!!

Would not give a one star, ordered weeks ago tracking non existent, goods not arrived and, this is a company in china not UK as I thought. fake company be careful as i have had codes sent to my phone and scammers trying to access my account. not worth the hastle do not order from this fake company

DONT DO IT! Boy do I feel stupid! I thought I was better than being scammed but I too fell for the British company label. I have been waiting weeks for my (not cheap) clothing. In fairness they respond immediately when asked about delivery- excuses such as made to order, huge numbers of orders etc. it’s only when I looked at who is delivering and from where that I realised I’d been duped. Having read other reviews I now realise that if ever my things arrive, they will be cheap tat and I won’t get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

It’s been 2 weeks since ordering and the ‘tracking’ hasn’t moved from ‘order received’
From my experience and other reviews which I wish I had seen earlier, it seems that this is a fake company in China which is not only scamming money off customers but is probably also selling on your details.
Do not buy from this company or any that look very similar on social media, with the same products using AI models

The camisoles I receive were not what was advertised. They were advertised as containing cotton (and when they arrived the label said polyester and elastane), and the picture showed sewn in breast support, but the padding is loose and gets rucked up on wearing and washing. They offered 15% refund rather than my having to pay postage to send it back to China, which they increased to 30% refund on seeing my photo evidence of their misselling.
Their refund policy as stated on the website is not accurate either! They say items will be delivered within 1-3 working days - but they come from China and take longer. They say you can return items for a full refund, but they don’t say that the return has to be to China and postage paid.

Very deceptive - advertising goods from a shop in London. The Tank Top Bras I ordered arrived eventually shipped from China! Sub-standard material, too small and unwearable. Requested a refund and was told about the shipping and postage costs involved in returning them to China!! and only 15% of the original cost would be refunded. The advertising is clearly dishonest and I would NEVER order anything from this company again! Beware - stay clear.

This company claims to be in the UK and yet the items I ordered came directly from China. They took weeks to arrive. When I eventually got them they would barely go over my head, despite the fact I ordered a size up. I ordered 4 different colours but got 4 beige. After reading the reviews, which I should have done before ordering, I decided against even trying to return them and binned them. Save your money and buy elsewhere.

I thought this was a British site. The name. The delivery time 2-3 days suggested it was.
After I ordered £60. Of goods in a 4xl size. I waited a week before following up. I was sent a tracking link. Which told me my parcel was on its way from China!
I immediately tried to cancel the order and was told it was not possible as the package had already been shipped. I waited a further almost 3 weeks. The parcel arrived on Thursday evening at 8pm. The 5 shirts where scrunched into a softball size plastic bag, held together either a log of sellotape. When I opened the package the tops were totally misshapen. They were ( measured at their most stretched only15” or 38cm across
Nowhere near a 4xl.
I contacted the customer care team,. The site promised easy returns. And they fobbed me off by offering for me to keep this tat which was not as described on the website and have a refund of 15%. I refused this and requested the address to which I could return the items. They then increased their offer to keep the items and accept 30%! I again refused and again asked for the address. By which time the weekend had come around and Post Office in this area close at 12 pm on Saturday and do t open until Monday.
They eventually sent an address different company name and in China.
I enquired at my local post office who told me I also need the recipients email & telephone number. Which Bennet Hayes have refused to give and have only provided the British email address Which is not what is required.
Keep well away from this Company. They are liars and thieves and purport themselves to be a British site but are definitely NOT British

Customer service is good. They resolved my issue right away. Legit

Do not buy from this company. It is cheap chinese crap and if you wish to return the goods, you have to send it tracked back to China. The 'shop' is not in London. Do not be fooled.

I bought a pair of sandals. Delivery was delayed BUT every time I emailed them I did get a response. On reading reviews here I had accepted that either I had been scammed or sandals would be rubbish. They did arrive not to far beyond time frame and were exactly as I expected from picture/video. They were true to size and they are really comfortable. So, in my experience the reviews are misleading as I love my sandals, get compliments, they were very reasonably priced and in short I love them.

Would give a zero if it was an option. Really poor quality products, nothing like descriptions or photos. Delivery takes a long time. Customer service is rude and returns are impossible. Would not recommend at all.

This company should be closed by trading standards absolute charlatans unfortunately I didn't read the reviews I certainly won't make that mistake again shoddy materials and to say you have to return to China is a complete con offering a 15% refund is an absolute insult.

Absolute con! None of the dresses fitted and were poor quality. Would have to pay shipping costs back to china which was expensive so offered 30% refund and to keep the dresses, so now I’m stuck with 3 dresses I’ll never wear!

What an awful company - not only are the shoes I ordered flimsy and poor quality they also sent the wrong colours and tried to tell me this was due to a natural flaw in the material….i am very able to tell the difference between brown and khaki; sadly they aren’t!
Offered a refund if I sent back to china which based on experience would never get there or 30% refund on my order

I ordered 2 decanters. 1 tractor shaped and 1 digger shaped. They arrived today. I am very disappointed and rather annoyed.
Neither stopper fits the decanter. Not just tight, completely impossible to use.
The quality of the mould for the digger decanter is particularly poor. The digging arm cannot be filled because the glass cuts off that arm.
I do not recommend these products at all.

This company is based in China - the goods are poor quality and poor fabric - not at all as shown in pictures
I bought two dresses for £58 which have now cost me £27 to return = they do not cover returns - they are a dreadful con please DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
they will offer you 20% to keep the items.

Avoid at all costs
Have been trying to get in touch to return an item with no luck.
Item looked nothing like what I ordered.
Wish I had read reviews beforehand 😡
