Buyer beware
2* is for our overall 4-month experience to get a new mattress on our bed. Will not be using again.
Customer services refused to remove the original tempur mattress that had an unpleasant and intolerable chemical smell, even if we paid to have it removed, until our upsold mattress was ready. Left with a product unfit to sleep on ‘off gassing’ in our bedroom. Re-wrapped carefully in its plastic and sealed, there was still a whiff of vomit. Window open, room unusable, during the coldest winter months. Paid additional cost for non-foam mattress which finally arrived end of March. Beware the small print of Benson’s satisfaction guarantee and Benson’s inflexibility towards their customers. A sour and salutary start to our move.
The sales staff were friendly and the delivery drivers great, but this was a super challenging experience to buy an essential household item. Not recommended.

Happy with the bed but a few flaws
We're happy with our bed and delivery service we received however there were some damaged components, plus also missing threaded holes on some parts which meant we had to drill our own which was also a bit disappointing but luckily we had the tools to do it ourselves.

The staff in the Aberdeen store have been so helpful at helping me pick a bed that fits our room.
The drivers delivering and assembling our bed were fantastic.
After looking at other shops for beds, the staff at Bensons were always the most helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Great bed and delivery, but part of order missing
Delivery and installation of the bed went smoothly and the team were professional and efficient. The bed itself is great and we’re happy with the quality.
Unfortunately, the mattress protector that was included in my original order was not delivered with the rest of the items. I’ve already contacted customer services about this but I’m still waiting for a callback to arrange for the missing item to be sent.
As the order hasn’t yet been fully completed, I’ve given 3 stars for now. I’d appreciate someone from Bensons for Beds getting in touch to resolve this

i was browsing and was approached by michelle who asked did i need any help so we sat down and after i told her i needed a double she took me through options and prices all the while being very nice and she was very easy to talk to made me feel at ease and engaged. the rest of the staff were also welcoming nice shop and nice atmospere would recommend you shop there .
