Helpful staff that knew what they were talking about and didn’t put pressure on me buying anything.
Good quality products that wasn’t overly priced and the delivery cost was very reasonable.
Would definitely go there again if I needed another purchase of bed or mattress and recommend them to family and friends.

A Great Store For A Dreamy Bed
As a first time buyer. Our assistant's Paul & Chris were fantastic. Friendly from the get go. We told Paul what we were looking for and he was straight up showing us all kinds of beds. Detailing each one as we went. He was very understanding and most importantly, he listened to what we wanted. There was no over selling by any means. We felt really relaxed and we spent two hours talking about all types of beds and what we liked/disliked. Finally we picked our bed and have no regrets. We payed for the installation along with the care kit. Everything was given in detail and explained really well. The deliverymen managed to set up the bed within 45 minutes. Every bolt/nut is on tight. There's no wobbling or over tightening. They built it very well.
I've never paid for a proper bed before. It was always from online. And over the years my body has suffered. I personally suffer Fibromyalgia (Chronic Pain). And to be able to sleep on a proper bed is a relief. They take illness's into account also. Which is great to see. It's always been a trust thing with me. But now knowing they delivered everything they sought out to do for us. I'd recommened and buy from Bensons For Beds again.
As a customer, I hope you get the same experience as we did. For future employers, I hope you get the same training Paul & Chris have had over the years. As it shows they're passionate on what they do. Ultimately they love helping people. So for that, they get a big 5 stars.

Our visit was a bit of a whim
Our visit was a bit of a whim. We were intending to buy a new mattress and went in to have a look. We tried out various ones. The assistant was friendly, courteous and was knowledgeable. We eventually found a mattress we were happy with and the extra discount deal settled it. So we bought it. The service was well explained and was excellent

Excellent customer service
Our salesman Paul was very good in explaining the different types of mattresses and we took the test to see which firmness we preferred. Straight away he showed us to the mattress which we eventually bought. He was very pleasant and did not rush our decision.

Quality and style of ottoman bed frame
Quality and style of ottoman bed frame. Looked in the shop then ordered online when I made up my mind what frame I wanted. Choice of bed frames was good. Staff in shop were very helpful.

Poor Customer Service
Bought a bed, got it delivered ( extra charge)and built(extra £60), bed got damaged during build, phoned shop( told to contact customer services( no human contact AI/BOT only) …. 2 weeks later….Still no resolution ….
Bensons…super keen to sell me a bed(then add extra charges-delivery, build bed etc..) then ignored when you have an issue…not good..
