Great Service! Matty and Adam delivered our new bed
Matty and Adam delivered our new bed, they kindly took it to the room unwrapped everthing and even took the plastic away with them. They were so helpful and friendly and even took their shoes off at the door, which I never asked them to do. Amazing service all round from foing in store ro make the purchase through to deliver. Will definitely be making another purchase.

Generally a positive experience
Very helpful staff in store, good advice given, flexible method of payment, easy to chose a convenient delivery date and mattress delivered on time. Just disappointed that I couldn't collect the mattress from the store. It was a rolled mattress and easy to fit in a car. Not happy about having to pay a hefty delivery charge with no option to collect from store.

Happy with store no pushing for a sale from staff. We were able to choose at our pace. Delivery was good able to track on phone. Delivery men Simon. And Colin were polite and even took there shoes off.
