Was a wonderful experience and service, wonderful staff help me finding the best bed and mattress for my son

Needed to purchase a new mattress and decided to get it from Bensons again for Beds and so glad we did. The lady helped us by showing a wide range that were suited to us. The shop was very busy but that didn’t stop us from getting first class service. We purchased the mattress that suited us and was given perfect delivery option.

Excellent customer service from the staff. The young lady spent a lot of time with us going through all of the different types of mattresses and options. She really was very knowledgeable. She also told us about the current offers with timescales and ways to order. We were very impressed.

Communication from Bensons was very good. The bed was delivered within the time window specified. The delivery n’en were polite and they were very careful with our bed.

Bought an IGel bed From Bensons beds in Whitney which came with a guarantee. After about 5 years the mattress collapsed in 2 areas even though it was very well cared for. We went to Bensons in Bicester to look at replacing the bed and were told it was up to us to deal with the manufacturer. No contact details or any assistance was offered. We were not even given any guidance on how to initiate the procedure. It feels as if the sales person was only interested in selling us a new bed and not helping with the problem.
