Bensons For Beds - Bilston Road Avis

From the minute we went into the Wolverhampton store, until I signed for delivery, the whole experience was very Positive.
When we went into the store we weren’t pounced on by a sales person, instead we went at our own pace. When we were ready, AJ was very helpful and after establishing our needs, showed us mattresses and pillows which he thought would suit our needs and budget.
When we found the right mattresses & pillows for us, we placed an order and were offered a suitable delivery time, which far exceeded our expectations.
We were kept well informed about the progress of our order, then closer to the delivery date, were given a two hour delivery slot.
Carl and Craig the delivery people, were on time and respected our home, by taking off their shoes, before walking on our newly laid stair carpet.
We took the option to have our old mattress recycled. The whole process was seamless. It was quick and efficient and didn’t impact on our day at all.
I now know, why Bensons have secured an award. Very well done to all concerned.
Most importantly, although it took a 3 nights, to adjust to our new mattress and pillows, I can say that we are very pleased with how comfortable they are.
With grateful thanks from two Octogenarians

Excellent customer services.

Great Service, Friendly Staff,

Spent time with and didn't rush me.Listened to my needs and offered me options to suit my budget.Sales assistant was friendly and knowledgeable and ensured I benefited from the best deal available at the time.Lovely showroom

The sales in store , customer service and delivery were all excellent however I was very disappointed in the colour of my divan and headboard as it appeared very different to the showroom . I ordered dune beige but it looks grey … I had a replacement but still more grey than beige . The mattress and quality of the divan and head board is lovely , just the colour is not want I wanted Or expecting

The whole experience has gone without a hitch so far, and the salesman was very helpful and very knowledgeable

Such helpful staff we were so impressed
Nothing was too much trouble from the shop staff to the delivery team too
Would definitely recommend thank you

I dashed in with only half hour till closing. The lady that dealt with me was lovely and didn’t make me feel that I needed to hurry up. Excellent service throughout. The men that delivered were polite, efficient and I am so happy with the quality of the bed. I have definitely noticed the quality of my sleep improving. Thankyou.

My bed came at the time they quoted. The bed is very good. So is the service. The team let me know when it was ready and that it was on its way to me. Cannot fault Benson Beds in anyway.

The sale's man was amazing and it was delivered on time.

I would always tell people use Bensons for beds. The staff so helpful, the beds amazing, I renewed everything. Can’t wait to get my new bed. How lucky am I. I’m going back in a couple of months to have a look at the wardrobes. Thank you All so much

Excellent service top quality goods,

Raj was great, knowledgeable, and gave us all of the options available. He was really attentive and patient and made the experience calm and enjoyable, being very kind to my young toddler son too - who was running around the store lol. Would recommend and would visit again for future purchases.

From your first step into the shop the staff are very patient and attentive. They're not pushy like most places. Me and my partner was there trying out beds for about to 1h-2h and the lady who served us(Lisa) was amazing! Happily answering all our questions and offering recommendations while being very patient

Shout out to Lisa at BFB Wolverhampton!
10/10 will order again!

We will definitely be coming back when the times comes for a new bed although that will be a good few years from now.

The delivery was great too! You get a 2h time slot of when to expect them as well as a phone call to notify you roughly when they will arrive. Delivery was quick and the two gentleman who delivered our bed was lovely and didn't even mind our pup barking at them( she was in another room out the way).
They was also more then happy to move the new bed to the room we needed it in so another 10/10 stars for service

I was allowed plenty of time to choose a new mattress. The staff (Raj) took me through all the options and helped me find the right one.
Extremely pleasant and helpful.

Very friendly and so informative let me try the mattress to see which one I needed she gave me a quote and all the information I needed

Delievery service

The sales assistant Jean was amazing. She was patient knowledgeable and her guidance through the process was excellent. 👍🏾
