Well i do think when buying a bed they tell you that you are paying for the cleaning product instead of us presuming it was with the bed .

From entering the store not knowing what I needed to the delivery of bed mattress and second mattress I received excellent efficient and helpful service. Once I made my decision I was kept informed throughout. I would not hesitate in recommending Bensons for Beds. Special mention for Lynne who was helpful informative polite and friendly.

Staff seemed knowledgeable about the mattresses. Lynne, left us to browse, so we did not feel pressurised to buy.

Purchased a mattress from the Bishop Auckland store, Wanted a good mattress to support my back problem, spoke to Steph who was super helpful, very supportive & knowledgeable, she was patient and listened and wasn't pushy, my daughter thought she was fun which made the experience so much easier as its never easy shopping with a 12 yr old if you're not shopping for them 😂. Would highly recommend
