Nothing was too much trouble for Hawa. She gave clear, competent advice and was very helpful. We have been kept informed at each stage.

Excellent attentive service
I visited the Bolton store a few times, friendly store staff, available for questions and information.
I ended up ringing to place my order and having realised I missed a good offer on my chosen bed frame by 48 hours I was offered a goodwill 10% off which was very much appreciated.

Start to finish wonderful

From ordering the beds and mattresses in the store to the delivery and assembly has been second to none, the team in the store then the team delivering have been so helpful you could not ask for more, wish all stores was as good as these. I would highly recommend Bensons for Beds.

Good range of mattresses
Good range of mattresses. Nice laid out store. Steph who looked after me was very knowledgeable about the different types of mattresses and took time to understand what would be right for me. Very helpful and made it a less daunting experience.
