So nice to receive genuine customer service 🙌

The range of products in the Bolton store was extensive and the service we received from the staff was wonderful. Hawa in sales went the extra mile to ensure we were satisfied. She made the difference between us choosing Benson for Beds versus other local stores.

From ordering our new bed with Ben at Bensons right through to Ant and Duncan delivering it the whole process could not have gone any better. Well done to everyone at Bensons. ☺️

Upon entering the store the store was clean and cool, as we are currently having intense heat it was refreshing to go into a well conditioned store. Upon entering I was greeted and asked what I was looking for today and if there was any specific styles of beds that I liked. I chose to walk around the store independently and when I found something that suited my needs I spoke to a staff member named Hawa, she was very informative and gave good advice and guidance and suggested the sleep machine to find my perfect mattress. She worked with me to get the best products for my needs, I am now excited for delivery of my new bed and mattress. Thank you Hawa your a credit to the store!
