Customer service = 0
Advertising 0% credit then not being able to do this. The shop kept telling me I should have an email, the head office said the shop should set it up for/with me. Rubbish customer service.
Delivery guys really respectful on saving grace.

Very nice in shop experience with Rachel made us welcome explained when asked differant questions nicely set out shop floor. only thing missing was being offered a cup of coffe like other bed retailers.

Great selection of mattresses to try in store. Staff left us to try out without following us and was happy to help when we were ready.

No pushy sales people
The sales person, Emma, was very welcoming when we first entered the store, she asked us if she could help and what we were looking for. We explained that we wanted an Ottoman bed and a firm matress for us and a bed and matress for our spare room. We (I) tried quite a few different matress and pillow combinations before we settled on the bed and matress combinations we wanted. Emma prepared a quote for us to think about and explained that there was no obligation to purchase. She also said that deals change regularly and if a better deal came up she would contact us. She contacted us a couple of days later, that resulted in a price drop saving us a deal of money. Top marks to Emma and the Bensons team
