Manager Jeff in the Chippenham store…
Manager Jeff in the Chippenham store was a great help. Staff let us know and encouraged us to lay on the beds to ensure we found the perfect mattress. After Jeff showing us the best sellers we ended up not only buying a mattress but also a stunning new bed frame. He told us about the different payment options and explained the warranty and accident cover. We left the store over the moon with our purchase and can’t wait for a 10/10 sleep. Thank you Jeff!

The salesman was very helpful and we explored all the options, the payment was quick a painless, the bed is fantastic and using blue light discount saved us enough to get matching bedside cabinets, I would defiantly recommend, this was the Chippenham store by the b and m store

There were 2 bed specialist shops in the area. Benson were by far the most helpful and friendly they had a better range, comparable prices and a much longer guarantee.

Rudeness !
Arrogant sales person. Who was extremely rude to his assistant. So rude I had to remind him of manners. Then a very rude delivery driver who told me he never had time to wait while I hoovered where the last bed had been for 6:7 years. I told him, had he delivered it as arranged yesterday, maybe he would have had more time. Whilst hoovering they removed my expensive mattress, which was NOT to be taken (they have to return it ) .. so not a good experience with this company.
Bensons asked me to contact them. So that they could put this right.
I rang them this morning, spoke to a gentleman, all I got was an apology for the delivery drivers behaviour, and that they would pass it on to the company that delivered it.. so “Nothing” was put right ! I need a new mattress for another bed, I won’t be going back to Bensons Beds. I will find another company.!

Great experience with Bensons
Great experience with Bensons this time. From the selling point till delivery. Communication from the company is great so I was aware of all the steps. The delivery guy call a fee days in advance to let me know the time slot for the delivery. The quality of beds and especially the mattresses are wonderful.
