Shopping at Benson's was a very relaxing experience,
We were shown what we were looking for, and left to decide if we wanted to buy the bed,
Which we decided to do,
We felt like we were really looked after by Benson's when we went back to buy the bed,
Also fast delivery, and a great deal,

David the person who took our order in Chippenham branch was really helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. Thank you.

A very helpful salesman. To honest only went into look but ended up buying a mattress! He was very pleasant telling me all the facts I needed to know

Was messed about I did order and asked about matterus was told was nt much choice for adjustable bed so was kind of made to feel like there choice was best but I felt it was a little bouncy was told the bed would be put together also went bk to shop few days later to get 2nd option on matterus found I had more choices also was told they don't put the bed together so have to pay someone to come and do it. found a better matterus but lost my 25.pound of voucher I got for signing up on line

Warm but professional welcome on entering store. Good advice given, together with the very thorough explanation of properties of the various beds available. No rushing. No presures. Only advice, no up selling pressures. Good experience all round.

Helpful staff in store. Limited selection of mattresses for the 3-in-1 bed that we chose. (ie only one choice for the underbed). Delivery notifications and delivery drivers EXCELLENT. Minor issue with one box out of three delivered in wrong colour. Delivery staff returned to see if it was still on the van - No. Customer service excellent in arranging replacement part to be sent - although we had to chase and they had to arrange it again when the first replacement order "went missing". Able to use product (if we had wanted to) whilst awaiting replacement part. All good in the end.

We got a great deal, staff were friendly and helpful but there is a bit of a wait for delivery which we understand can't be helped however it is a little frustrating.

Helpful advice without any hard sell. Plenty of choice in the store at a reasonable price.

Jeff was welcoming, very helpful and not in our faces or pressuring us for anything. He was great fun and happy to deal with us. The service we received was perfect - we brought two beds and a mattress and only went in for one bedframe. Very knowledgeable guy. We went into dreams next door first (Chippenham, Wiltshire Branch) and they were awful people and had next to no stock which was just as awful as the place.
So Benson for Beds - quality of products, extras and discounts available beat anyone else and Jeff was brilliant.
Absolutely will recommend.
