Great service from shop floor to assembly
Really happy we chose Bensons for Beds! From the initial buying experience through to delivery and assembly, everything was fantastic.
Callan was incredibly helpful in finding the right bed frame and mattress for us, and David and Callum did a wonderful job assembling the bed. Everyone we dealt with was so friendly, helpful and kind.
We really appreciate the whole team and the excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Great store, lovely staff
The Bensons for Beds store had a great range of stock, and the sales assistant, Charmaine, was so helpful - I was particularly impressed with the bed device that could change the firmness of the mattress. I was shopping for a new mattress so this was very useful in gauging what I needed. Charmaine was also helpful with the admin associated with sale, explaining the delivery procedure and the benefits of the five year insurance cover. A positive experience.

from the moment i left the shop i was kept informed about the process and delivery date of my order, was also informed of my delivery time in plenty time and was phoned by the delivery men when to expect them all in all a very pleasant experience can’t fault anything.

Delivery during stated time slot. Assembly service used which was very quick, less than 1 hour from arrival to departure. Would recommend.

Helpful staff in the shop. Left us alone when necessary and provided advice when needed.
We were kept up to date with our delivery status. The delivery men arrived on time and just got stuck in, putting new bed together and removing the old one. Totally professional - thank you
This would have been a five star review if it wasn't for all the faffing around required by the order process eg spend over this amount and get that reduction - buy that and get 50% off something else -buy this and something else is free - must do it by Tuesday (any old Tuesday presumably since there was no date). Just give me a straight price! And don't tell me it is to give the customer a better deal. I compared prices for comparable items over 3 bed shops and - surprise, surprise! -they were all within a whisker of each other.
