A very pleasant experience
Buying bedroom furniture fills me with dread, however our visit to Bensons for beds was the complete opposite. We went in to buy a mattress, pillows and bed base and from the offset we were not only put at ease by the pleasant salesperson who was so attuned to our needs and the pace at we wished to progress. It felt good being treated like individuals and her knowledge of the products really was useful to us. The salesperson checked that we had understood what we were buying and took great care to ensure that that was what we really wanted. We did not feel as if we were being led into a purchase, moreover, we felt that caution by checking and checking again was being urged. We felt very safe in the hands of the salesperson.

New bed
I have been delaying buying a new bed for as far back as March 2026,despite really needing one.Today Thursday 15th /010/26 around 2pm decided to visit Benson bed in Dartford just to see what option were available- I definitely didn't plan on buying on the spot.That completely change when i met the lady helping customers on the floor by the name of Georgi. She went above and beyond to guide me through the different options withour any pressure. Her friendly approach and expert advice made the whole process so simple and enjoyable. I was so impressed by her helpfullness that i ended up buying the bed there and then, without the needing to go home and deliberate!Brilliant customer service-I could not be happier with my decision

The efficiency from ordering to delivery it was so easy and I was kept well informed. Delivery and assembly were done with great skill with Mark having to park in a very difficult area where I live and Alan helping with the process. Both very obliging and very careful not to damage decor up the stairs and into the bedroom.
Great experience would definitely use again.

My experience at Bensons for Beds in…
My experience at Bensons for Beds in Dartford was fantastic. Karen was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and exceptional throughout our visit. She patiently guided us around the showroom, explaining the different mattresses and helping us understand what would suit us best. I think I've become a bit of a mattress expert thanks to her—lol!
Her excellent customer service made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. I would definitely recommend Bensons for Beds Dartford, and especially Karen, to anyone looking for a new bed or mattress.
