Bensons For Beds - Derby Meteor332 Avis

Came in to see if you had any TV beds and got 5 star service from Amanpreet. She was informative, she made us laugh and sold it to us without being pushy. Can’t wait for it to arrive! Thank you Amanpreet :)

No mess, assembled in short amount of time

Shop assistant Jai was very knowledgeable. We chose the bed, he talk to us about the mattress.. we are very happy. The bed and mattress are great. Sleeping well. Thank you

Very professional staff with good knowledge offering a wide range of excellent options

Jamie was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the beds. The experience of buying the bed was straightforward, simple and fast. Would definitely recommend

Sales person in store helpful, no pressure to purchase, delivery on time as per schedule.

Poor service, will be speaking with CEO Nick Collard regarding the last 3 days total shambles from start to finish at the Derby UK store.

Customer service was great very informative which helped to make our decision on which mattress would suit our needs.
We were kept informed of progress on the manufacture of our mattress, it arrived on time and delivery gents were extremely helpful.
Many thanks Bensons.

We have now completed our third return to Bensons and it would have been nice to have been met by pots of tea and plates of cream cakes. Now that would have earned you the full 5 stars and Anan a bonus.

I was told by staff I woujd receive a credit note for any difference in price if I changed my mind, and I did change my mind to a cheaper mattress. I was given your head office number to request refund instead only to be told by them you don't do credit notes and I would lose the £1000 difference in my choice, after many discussions a gentleman agreed to let me have a 2nd mattress, £799 which I gave my son, or I woujd have lost a lot of money, it then took several calls to get my local shop to clear the balance trying to charge me for the 2nd mattress, it has been a nightmare after following the death of my husband in February which is why I was making the bed purchase on 30th june. Never ever again and I'll make sure my friends don't suffer the same experience. The 2nd mattress was finally delivered to my son on 6th october 2026.

Excellent customer service

Everting from visiting the showroom (in Derby), to getting advise on the the most appropriate mattress, to delivery was brilliant.
