Really looked after my niece and her circumstances, highly recommend bensons for beds. The bed is an ottoman came in 3 big boxes and the guys had to open one of the boxes due to new build staircase, not having a straight run. They then took away the box that they opened, so this was appreciated also.

Dealing with your company was an extremely positive and straight forward process. Amanda in the Doncaster store was very helpful, but not overbearing. She explained about the different beds we wanted to try, then left us to try and retry them, but was on hand if we had any queries. She was very thorough in explaining the payment and delivery procedure. We were very pleased with the information we received via e-mail keeping us up-to-date with delivery times. Steve and Josh rang us to say we were the next drop off and gave us an actual time when they would arrive. They were prompt, tidy and courteous and even helped us out when we decided we didn’t need the bed base we had ordered after all by ringing and speaking to someone at customer service to sort out taking the base back (we couldn’t get through ourselves to arrange it before they arrived) which was extremely helpful and took the pressure off us. Many thanks Steve and Josh. You are a credit to the company!! When we visited the store to arrange a refund, Amanda and her colleague understood our reasoning why we decided not to have the base, but couldn’t process the refund as they couldn’t get into the system. They assured us that they would contact us today (22.1.26) so we can call in to sort out the refund. All-in-all, we had an excellent experience with Bensons for Beds and wouldn’t hesitate to come back to your store in the future.

Brilliant store and service
Only called in to see if the store sold quilts! Ended up buying a new mattress! The gentleman serving was really good he gave good information and was not pushy at all. I was very happy with the purchase and the service given.

Broken bed, poor response from HQ
The bed arrived broken from Bensons for beds. I spoke to their depot who said it hadn't been checked before the item was sent to me. The bed was so broken it is unusable and has no value.
They offered a full refund which i am happy with, however, this is following it's return. As the bed is unusable, I would have expected an immediate refund.
I've had to find space to store a broken bed, and arrange time for the collection at my expends. In the meantime, I'm out of pocket until the refund following collection.
I cannot understand why I have not received a refund for a bed that has no value- and is inconvenient to store.
I feel blamed and punished for something out of my control.

The young man who served me was excellent.
The chap who served me in the retail park at Lakeside doncaster was extremely helpful without pushing sales. I hate being followed round shops by over enthusiastic sales people. He has got the balance just right.

Delivery was prompt and hassle-free, and the bed is both stylish and incredibly comfortable. I’ve been sleeping better ever since. Highly recommend!

Headboard
The staff were friendly and reasonably helpful. The headboard itself had a few loose pulls of cotton which unfortunately I hadn’t noticed in the shop. The computer receipt was exceedingly slow! 🥱 The delivery people, which are separate to Bensons but employed by then were fabulous!
