The staff in Dumfries were very helpful and didn't rush me into a decision. The service which you offer that sets up the new bed and removes the old one is very helpful.

Friendly staff and a great choice
Friendly staff and a great choice. The only annoyance was a delivery charge. We were going to collect from the store but their policy was to deliver to the home so that was obviously an extra charge!

Really impressed with the service.
Really impressed with the service.
When we bought the bed (a few months ago) we hadn’t a date fixed for our new house. We were told we could move the date forward but not back. We never anticipated having to move the date for delivery so many times. Bensons never hesitated, it was never a problem. We were finally able to take delivery last Wednesday. Love our new bed, really comfy. The guys were very quick, friendly and very tidy.
Highly recommend Bensons for goods and service.

Bed was delivered but not built as expected. Not sure where that went wrong. Pretty sure I asked for a build. Delivery people not particularly helpful though they had had a rough start to the day (flat tyre). Suggested I phoned Dumfries Bensons - who were very helpful and organised a local joiner. He told me I was the second problematic delivery he had put right that day

We regret that your bed wasn't built upon delivery as expected, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We're sorry the delivery team couldn't assist further. We're, however, happy that our Dumfries team was helpful in resolving the issue. We'll investigate what happened with the assembly request.
Thank you for your review - Lauryn at Customer Care.
