Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. Kiera helped me in dundee store decide between two mattresses. Delivery was exactly as she said and just over a week with my new bed. So far, its amazing!

On 15th October we visited the store at Kingsway West Retail Park in Dundee to enquire about adjustable beds. Angus greeted us and gave us a lots of information - he obviously knows the product well. He was able to answer all our questions without hesitation. He gave us plenty of time to try the showroom beds. He was friendly and polite and we did not feel pressured in any way. He explained all the choices available and gave us a quote. As a result we confirmed the order on 17th October. We hate shopping but Angus made the whole experience a pleasure!

I am 100% happy with my device from show room to my first sleep on my new bed.
I have a spinal injury so my spine angles outwards which makes it difficult to get comfortable in bed even with 5 big pillows to cushion my back.after 6months of hardly sleeping I got myself a mobility bed with the motorised top and bottom sections as when in the spinal unit the hospital bed moves so much you can get comfy no matter what position you need so I knew a new bed had to be a good investment as you can’t put a price on a good sleep as it’s priceless.we spend a huge part of our life in bed so it’s a no brainier really.
I got my bed 4 nights ago and have not slept his good in about 30years.raising my feet helps just as much as getting comfy with the movable top bit for my head and back.i use a wheelchair so my feet swell up with sitting most of the day and raising them up does wonders for my circulation and swelling.
The lads who delivered the bed were in and done in less than half an hour.the sales assistant in the shop was very friendly and explained everything clearly and pointed out other deals that were very beneficial to me.
I would recommend Bensons for beds if you are looking for a new bed.they are very professional and the service was fantastic.

From the moment we went to order a new bed and mattress the team in Dundee were extremely helpful. They discussed with us our needs and knew their products extremely well. They explained the product, looking after the product and aftercare. Delivery team were outstanding. Careful with the delivered product and my home. Arrived on time and let me know they were on their way. I have no hesitation on thoroughly recommending this firm.

Iain made our experience in the Dundee Store super easy, and was so knowledgeable and helpful. He didn’t put any pressure on us, and took time to explain all of our options when buying a Super King Size bed. There were lots of bed frame and mattress options available, and lots of customisation options too. Iain helped us find the perfect mattress. There was some unbeatable deals on at the time, which made our experience even better! The 0% interest free finance options suited us perfectly. Also the offer of dismantle and uplift of our current bed and mattress, for a wee bit extra, took the stress out of co-ordinating clearance before assembling our new bed. We also picked up some lovely new pillows, a new mattress topper and have an accidental damage package, with a bed care kit. Compared to other local shops, this was by far our favoured choice. Delivery date is now arranged and we are looking forward to it! Thank you so much to the Dundee Team for making it a great experience!

We were looking to downsize our bed and Morgan was fantastic. She gave us space but also provided very valuable support to us so we could pick the right bed, mattress and pillows. She provided great advice and we felt we k=made the right choice.
