Bensons For Beds - Eastbourne390 Avis 

I visited this store with no idea how to choose a bed base, mattress and headboard. Martin was patient in asking me what I wanted and pointing me in the right direction. I came away with a quote for two different mattresses, base and headboard.
I went back two days later with my daughter for support. James was able to discuss each mattress and my choice was made. Unfortunately James was engaged with other customers at this time, so Mackye was confidently able to finalise my order.
I look forward to receiving my bed

Your assistant Matt was very helpful when we went to your Eastbourne branch to choose a new double bed and mattress.

I needed a new mattress and after reviewing a number of options I decided to try out Bensons.
The sales representative (Adam) was very helpful and knowledgeable making the process of finding what I needed very easy. He advised on the aftercare procedure and on how things would progress once the order was placed.
The company keep you informed by texts or email on the production of the mattress which is built to order and when to expect delivery. On the day of delivery a text providing a link shows where your delivery is on the rota, which is useful.
Delivery was quick, smooth and efficient and the guys were friendly and helpful.
I have had the mattress for a week now and can say it's really good to sleep on.

Staff knowledgeable- I didn't feel rushed when trying to find the right mattress. Lots of options given and didn't just steer me to the most expensive

The experience was made enjoyable and easy down to the member of staff we dealt with (Alan). Throughout the two visits we made we were given information on product, cost and finance , no stone left unturned, so much so we purchased a second bed 😂

Good customer service

James the Sales assistant was very good took time to explain all the different options of mattress .

I think they should not push the frankly absurd mattress cleaning insurance that they try to sneak into every order (You get some useless sprays with it!). Not only is it needless, it is sold quite slyly. The sales rep (Adam I think) we met tried to fly it under the radar. Why would Bensons allow this?

Delivery was okay, no problems at all. Communication was clear as well. The actual product was nice, although once again, the sales rep tried to hide it was being sold cheaper as a new model was out there. This was frankly dishonest and I hope bensons improves.

Adam at the store was so helpful. Trying to find the right mattress is difficult but with his help and knowledge this made it much easier.
