Staff in the shop are excellent, very polite and helpful. They clearly have knowledge and expertise about their products. Delivery staff were also very good. The only issue I have is that I was not aware that the delivery staff would not put the 2 pieces of my headboard together for me

I came home to think about it then I called and saw Lisa again and I got the same friendly attention also she remembered exactly what I had seen previous. I would recommend your company, also the attention I got from both stores.

The salesman was extremely helpful and very attentive, the delivery wait was very reasonable, the delivery men and bed builders were extremely efficient and very pleasant and easy to deal with, new bed and mattress are brilliant. Bensons were excellent to deal with from start to finish.

Never pushing you to make a decision they say hello and leave you to wander round then so helpful to helping you build your new bed. Brilliant. As for the delivery guys they are first class, so professional and very careful when bringing in your bed through the house. Fantastic job guys, thank you very much and the new bed is so comfy ☺️.
