Overall a good experience
Overall a good experience, from the purchase to the delivery the communication was excellent. I have stated before that I am disappointed that you do not build in the removal of the old mattresses, however, in this day and age I understand but feel the amount as an extra for removal is excessive. I wish to say that the guys who delivered the new items were terrific, respectful and with a great attitude.

An amazing choice of beds and mattresses. Staff well informed and very helpful.
Plenty of time to lie on different beds to test out what suits, with the option to change it for up to 49 days after delivery. Looking forward to our new mattress!
