Lot of choices
Good choice of beds to choose from went to a few bed shops to try out but ended back at benson for beds ,good quality,didn’t pay the earth range of sizes,colours and a good range of headboards too . Brought a separate bed base for our spare room .staff on all occasions were very polite and wasn’t pushy like some of the other stores we had visited.

Excellent communication in store and keeping up to date with delivery. The delivery came a day early and was done with no issues.

He customer is very important to Bensons
What made our experience great was the wonderful service we received. We called in to have a look around and then around ten days later went back to place an order. The same sales assistant attended to us and remembered what type of bed we were looking for. Mia was friendly, helpful and we couldn’t have wished for better service which is rare theses days.

Great instore service
Jacqueline was really helpful and friendly. Gave us lots of advice on different options with pros and cons. The store had a really wide range of beds for us to try out with different options for headboards, bases and colours.
