Bensons For Beds - Kendal459 Avis

Went to look for a new bed. Tina was so helpful and friendly. Showed us lots of choices. we’re very happy with the news and she got a sale. Good all round.

Sue was very helpful and knowledgeable

The manager Tina and her assistant Sue were great very helpful and very personable and their help in choosing our new bed was first class. Can’t wait for it to arrive we would definitely recommend Bensons beds Kendal.

Very helpful person who let us try different types of beds.she was very knowledgeable about the beds.

I thought the sales person understood my needs and directed me to a range of mattresses that would meet my requirements.

Have used Bensons beds in 2012 and found the experience excellent, therefore when I needed to change my mattress again I immediately decided to go back, the sales assistant was knowledgeable and gave a helpful and excellent experience . Would recommend without hesitation.

The showroom assistant Tina was great. Really easy to talk to, v helpful and honest about the products. Have recommended my friends to go to her at Benson’s Beds.

Very helpful staff

The staff were so friendly and helpful and I would recommend them

Had a fabulous time in Kendal bensons, Tina was so helpful and knowledgeable nothing was too much trouble she explained everything to me put me on the bed that measured what firmness of mattress I needed and showed me a good selection, Thank you Tina for making my experience so great I will definitely use Bensons for beds again and recommend to my friends

The staff were really welcoming and did not rush you. This was at the Kendal branch .

Friendly and helpful assistant and all communication efficient and quick

Good choice at competitive prices. Knowledgeable and helpful saleswoman. No pressure to buy a particular product but instead sound advice based on experience delivered with good humour and common sense

The staff were helpful, not pushy with selling. Able to give us the information we wanted and point us in the right direction of what we needed. An excellent service

The selection of the beds we chose was great but when they first arrived the delivery people were one in particular was off hand rude and I do not want this man back in my house. we were sent the wrong mattress natural not memory foam we asked for these to be changed which the sales person reordered the correct ones but the wrong base ours has 2 drawers so they have had to reorder again hopefully when they arrive they will be the correct ones. I have to say the sales ladies were very helpful and apologised for the mix up on the orders

Wonderful staff. Considerate, helpful with practical product knowledge and tips and kind. My wife has dementia. This was perceived and seamlessly accommodated. I will certainly be returning.
