Bensons For Beds - Kendal459 Avis

The store assistant was pleasant and helpful

Good choice available and really helpful person in the shop.

Have never been in a bed shop and expected it to be a painful experience being pestered by sales types.
Instead we had store manager Susan who helped us work out what we wanted and let us make an informed decision by ourselves. We didn't feel rushed, all our stupid questions were answered with precision and warmth, we actually enjoyed bed shopping! We are usually the types completely allergic to such retail experiences! Thanks Susan for your help and well done to Bensons Kendal.

Great selection to try out, helpful staff, she stuck to our budget and we narrowed it down to 2 we liked- then decided on the one. Would definitely recommend the store and purchase from again.

We wish there was a Susan from the Kendal branch in every shop! She was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and so helpful. We went in to just see what the mattress offering was as we don't have a bed yet but came away after ordering the most comfortable mattress we've ever had! Thanks for everything!

Kendal branch staff were really nice and very helpful!

Great Service. Knowledgeable sales staff. Very efficient.

Very helpful shop assistant. Wish I hadn't had to pay for delivery though.

The sales man was so efficient & bent over backwards to help me !
Really pleased with the service .

With a forthcoming house move we decided it was an ideal time to renew beds and mattresses and a few other bits of furniture from the moment we entered the store we (my Mum and I) had a great experience being showed all the different options from the various types of mattress to the colour and fabric choices available for headboard and base’s and delivery dates. Thankyou

The staff. We dealt with a man from Blackburn. He was fantastic and in the end we purchased the mattress we wanted. He had sound knowledge of the products available.

Sales assistant was very helpful at explaining the difference types of mattress available

It was good to be able to talk through my options face to face and the person serving me was really helpful, patient and able to advise me on what was available within my budget.. And I was able to look at and try various mattresses and came?away with one I am happy with.
