colleague in store was very helpful…
colleague in store was very helpful ordering the bed. however, instructions on the bed did not make sense to the parts we had and made assembling very difficult. our item was also dropped out the van on delivery. there are some parts of the ottoman which are dented so unsure if this is meant to be this way, or this happened due to delivery

It was a rather nightmarish experience
It was rather nightmarish dealing with the store and admin team! It would have been a better experience if the store team had knowledge of certain processes about delivery and if they were not averse to resolving issues. The store was dismissive of my delivery requests and pre-emptied that things it wiuld not be possible without trying. I’m afraid this is one store I will forever avoid due to the absolute shambolic and despicable service I have experienced.

Overall just fantastic. I had gone in with not much idea what I wanted, but was quickly helped to see what I needed/required, which put my mind at tease effortlessly. Everything was well explained, no question too stupid. After purchase, and on day of delivery, the delivery men were amazing. Took it to the room I wanted the mattress in with zero hesitation. Very polite men and highly recommend going to this company should you ever need a new bed, mattress etc. I will be telling my friends/family to come to Bensons for their own!

Ordered a bed
Ordered a bed, headboard and mattress from the Kettering store. Jai spent time with us choosing the right mattress, he was knowledgeable and very friendly helping us to choose the right bed and mattress to suit us. We were kept informed of how the process was going and given a delivery date and slot. Stevie called half an hour before his arrival and arrived dead on time. When the item was delivered Stevie and his colleague were really efficient, friendly and informative on how to look after our bed and get the best out of it. They did notice marks on the bed base and headboard so reported this back. I also went into the store and Jai was so helpful and apologetic. By the time I got home I had a new delivery slot for thr replacement items. So lovely to deal with really genuine and helpful people and also a company that wants to look after it's customers 😀

So far great sales service
So far great sales service. I used their test bed to find the best matches. Tried all the recommended beds with some help from the salesman. The left alone try them again on my own til I whittled down my preferred bed. No pressure to purchase and great advice given. Bed ordered and waiting to see if I picked my dream bed.

Kettering showroom was well stocked clean and bright. The staff were brilliant at helping me find what I needed and gave me time to think about it and come back when I was sure. Such a lovely sales team . Would recommend them
