Bensons For Beds - Kidderminster373 Avis

Great Customer service, given plenty of time to select the bed and mattress we wanted. I would recommend this store. Our salesman Thomas was friendly and provided all the information we required.

Great service

The salesman was very polite and informative. He explained everything very clearly

Great experience. Very Knowledgable, no pushy sales, just really friendly which was a refreshing change in a large retail store of this nature. We were served by Mel, really good service.

Great experience through advise and guidance on the variety of mattresses to ensure our comfort level was met. The Sales Advisor ( named Mel ) answered all of our questions and gave comprehensive instruction on after care.

Nothing was too much trouble. Very pleasant and left us alone to choose what we wanted. Very good shopping experience thank you Melvyn.

Good clear displays and all mattresses easy to try for comfort .Staff were friendly and helpful.

My experience at Bensons beds, was very good, ordered a electric ottoman bed which is excellent, it was the first electric bed that the installers had put in.
But the next day in my emails, I was told that I could have had 2 new pillows, with my new bed, so I telephoned the Kidderminster store, and was told that they would get back to me the following day, weeks later I am still waiting, very poor customer service. Which is why I could only give it 3 stars.

Very helpful - informative. Actually sold me the right product for me and not what was most expensive!

Tom was so engaging and helpful. We were greeted with a smile as soon as we entered the store. His style is to support and inform your choice rather than a hard sell. We appreciate his knowledge of each product we viewed making our choices easy.

Helpful and accomodating

Nathan was great throughout the buying process

Tom from the Kidderminster store was mega helpful. We got what we wanted and all questions were answered.

Tom is very knowledgeable about what sort of mattress would suit us

The help I received from Nathan in getting what I needed right

Great service, friendly and helpful

Tom made the purchase really simple. He explained about the product and the returns policy, given that the item isn't available in any store to try. He honoured the online discounts, considering that they weren't showing on the tablet he was using.

Popped into Kidderminster Store to look for a new mattress. We were able to look and try the mattresses in our own time, without feeling pressured by the staff. Melvyn who served us, was very friendly, giving advice on the options available and help us with our decision. Look forward to receiving new mattress shortly. Thank you.
