Andy and Mac the delivery drivers were really good and brought the parcels up stairs and were very friendly.great staff you have . definitely recommend you.

At this time of year we don't have spare cash to spend on a new bed, so the finance option is an excellent choice. Very easy and straight forward to set up. Looking forward to receiving our new bed.
Great warm and friendly staff very help full great knowledge of mattress information not too pushy let us choose at ease would definitely recommend couldn’t fault them very helpful Thankyou

none of the pieces were numbered or had…
none of the pieces were numbered or had a letter on. All of the screws, dowels and other bits were all just thrown loose in a bag inside the packaging. The bed i ordered for my son was an absolute nightmare to assemble a (High sleeper with a Desk and sofa underneath) i called the store for some assistance they were not willing to help or offer any assistance unless i paid for one of their "Friends" to come out to help us.

We have since spoken with you directly and reviewed your concerns. We can confirm that this product is a self‑assembly item, and although the parts are not individually numbered, they can be identified using the visual guide in the assembly instructions.
We’re also sorry you felt unsupported when contacting the store. While we don’t provide in‑store assembly, we do work with independent professionals for customers who prefer assistance.

Given information then given time to try each option.
I was informed of the different contents of the matress I wanted to buy and then was left to try each one available to me. I was given the time and space to lie down on each bed and lie on my side and back to test how my body was supported. The pay process was explained and also delivery dates and times. I could not fault the help and time it took to complete the process. I will use this company again should i need another bed.

Poor quality and we still have no bed!
We had to return a headboard that was badly damaged with a big gash in it. They replaced it but with missing bolt screw holes in it. We know it comes from China, and clearly, the quality control is poor. We have spent £1000 and 6 weeks later, but we still do not have a bed with various stuff lying around in our bedrooms. Will demand a refund and off to Barker and Stonehouse where we should have gone in the first place.

Finance option is a dream!
At this time of year we don't have spare cash to spend on a new bed, so the finance option is an excellent choice. Very easy and straight forward to set up.
