Bensons For Beds - Northwich600 Avis

Great customer service. Staff at Northwich branch were very helpful and helped me when I was in a bit of a hurry!

Knew what I wanted and offered good service with additional products

The store was very welcoming, well laid out and had a good range of mattresses and information on each.

But in particular, the salesman we dealt with was extremely pleasant, welcoming and professional and was a pleasure to deal with.

Excellent advice, great product bought

Nice staff

Store did a good job at helping me find my bed and mattress. Delivery & assemblers were great. However, the store ordered me the incorrect bed (standard instead of Ottoman) which was fine. But, I had to go through many hoops and phone calls (total of 8) to get it resolved. Customer services confirmed the store were at fault, but the Store refused to pay the difference for their error and Customer Services were unable to rectify. When the store finally came to a workable solution and confirmed the order had been amended, it hadn't due to waiting on an offer - but received no communication to let me know of the delay, and requiring another phone call. Overall, inadequate service.

Very helpful staff. Mike took his time to explain the differences between mattress’s, to make sure we got the best to suit us. Thank you

The member of staff was helpful and polite
The problem I had was finding the store even though I stood outside the location there was no Benson sign and I nearly walked away. This needs addressing

Adding to my last review regarding a sofa bed I must add as on another review the delivery charge of £39 out ways any discount you get and doesn't even include unpacking item and taking packaging away

Helpful staff answering questions effectively.

The layout and range was most impressive. The extremely patient and good humoured attention from your staff , particularly young Brandon made the viewing and purchase experience really quite enjoyable.

Very relaxed in the shop not to pushy all my questions were answered and was given great advice 👍
