Went in 3 times before purchasing, each time staff were helpful , informative & professional. They have a good range of products & I particularly like the fact that they will be installing my wardrobe & giving it a 5 year guarantee

Found the Giltbrook store by mistake as the only parking spaces left were at that end of the site. We came to look at mattresses at other stores but didn’t get past this one. Beth was superb, knowledgeable but not pushy in any way. We must have tried every combination of mattress and pillow. Eventually we bought a Tempur one. Paid a fantastic price for it and it arrived just a couple of days later. Couldn’t be happier. Swift service directed by a really great member of staff, Beth.

Good value, friendly staff

Sales assistant was knowledgeable
Sales assistant was knowledgeable and was able to guide me through the whole process with ease. She was pleasant and helpful. Wanted help to remove and dispose of old bed , a service that Benson's offer.
