Excellent service from store to delivery.
This is our third bed from Bensons. Once again the service at the store was just right, informative and friendly. The bed and mattress were delivered on time and the delivery team took care in the installation plus removed our old bed and all wrapping. Great job.

The store assistant was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Very thorough in understanding our needs.

Visited the Orpington store today and were delighted with the service provided by Nick Adams. Clearly very knowledgeable, Nick took his time to show us all the options available without being at all pushy. Confident he helped us make the right choice and look forward to delivery in a couple of weeks.

The customer advisor at the shop was very helpful, efficient and friendly.
I was kept informed as to the status of my order throughout.
The delivery was on schedule and the delivery crew informed me, about 45 minutes before their arrival, that they were on their way.
They were also efficient, friendly and considerate.
The whole experience was very professional and easy and I would have no reservations in recommending Bensons for Beds to others.

I found the Divan Set I wanted on the Benson's website and visited the Orpington store to check it out and hopefully make the purchase. The Sales person and manager were very helpful and we soon agreed a final price and concluded the deal. The delivery crew kept in touch right up to delivery. The 2 delivery guys were very polite and efficient. My bedroom is in the upstairs of a converted Bungalow, with some tight corners, they managed the King sized mattress with ease!

Wide variety of mattresses to choose from. Knowledable staff who weren’t pushy or trying to upsell. Good experience overall.

There seems to be an attention to detail and I’ve been kept informed of various stages of development.
Also, the phone is answered promptly and a sensible answer is given - which is more than I can say about other firms. It’s a pity you don’t do tables & chairs as well!

The team in the store were brilliant when we came to purchase our mattress, so patient and helpful and answered all of our questions and volunteered info we hadnt thought of.

The delivery team were also fantastic, they communicated ahead of time, they were so polite and helpful. They took their shoes off straight away and were so efficient with the delivery and removal, honestly we couldnt have asked for a better service overall

First class service and the most comfortable classy bed. A stress free experience the moment stepped into the store in Orpington! The delivery guys were magnificent and deserve praise for their spatial awareness skills. So respectful and friendly. I cannot recommend Benson's enough.
