Bensons For Beds - Peterborough130 Avis

I came into the store not knowing what I actually wanted. But left with a big smile and happy with my item’s ottoman bed and pillows. Jason was so helpful and supportive in helping to make me make the right choice with my budget. Great experience.

Communication good. Delivery time as stated. Polite and helpful delivery guys. Would def recommend.

We were looking for a perfect bed and mattress in a budget and Jason was really helpful with that and financing too. Would definitely recommend to anyone as they have beds and mattresses in all range.

Really helpful staff member Sarah. She didn’t rush us to decide and gave lots of information. She knew all about the individual beds.
Great to be able to try the different mattress. Good pricedeal

The salesman was great. Not pushy and knew his stuff.

Fantastic service, professional, helpful, a delightful experience, especially when a bed is so important to one's well-being, thank you David for your help. M novello

My mother and I were immensely pleased with the service and attention to detail that Dave gave us on our puchase

Not at all pushy, very pleasant, efficient and helpful. Patiently walked us through options.

The sales guy jason was excellent not pushy but made time for us to choose the (hopefully) right mattress

Knowledgable and relaxed sales guy advised us then allowed us time to explore our options. He listened and matched our needs to 3 different mattresses and was able to answer all of our questions. Highly recommended!

The lady who served us, Sarah, was really friendly and helpful.

Sarah was very helpful, she explained the different mattresses and was patient with me.

Staff member (Jason) was very helpful on both visits to the store. Answered any questions we had and also gave us time to look around the store without feeling pressured to buy. We ordered a new bed, head board and mattress - we are looking forward to our new bed being delivered :)

Friendly member of staff who clearly advised how pricing works and what to look out for. Non pushy

The staff were helpful and informative. There were a good number of mattress types to choose from and try. Purchase was simple and the interest free option was easy to apply online.

Jim was very polite and helpful
Can say no more as bed not received yet

Sarah was excellent. She understood initially we were just looking around and she let us wander freely. When we found a bed/mattress which was exactly what we were looking for Sarah provided us with all the information and advice we needed to make a decision. We were not going to buy a new bed and matttress there and then but did. Thank you Sarah for all you help and much needed advice.

Went into the Peterborough Brotherhood store to buy a new mattress. Sarah the sales assistant was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Very welcoming and knowledgeable, an all round excellent experience. We bought a top of the range mattress which I hope lives up to the Dream. I would have given 5 stars but there are no coffee/tea facilities and we were there a while. Otherwise 5 stars all the way.

The lady who served me was very patient and helpful
