Great service from start to finish
Great service from start to finish. Staff very polite and helpful. I changed my order a couple of days later and the manager was quick to return my call , was very helpful with excellent customer service.
We had the assembly service ( two ottoman beds) and the guys were great. Driver was a bit miserable but the other guy was lovely.
I would definitely recommend Bensons for beds 😀

Mattress is lovely and delivery was smooth.
Felt we were a little misled in the shop as was told 20% off everything but when we went to pay it apparently wasn’t on the Tempur mattresses and this was never mentioned.
Overall though we were pleased with our purchase

The mattress has dirt on the bottom…
The mattress was delivered with dirt on the bottom edge and a hole in it and the top of the mattress has pulling on it. Looks like a second hand mattress. £1000 for the mattress and that's what I received. Now waiting for a replacement.

Be very careful with the 40 night…
Be very careful with the 40 night comfort guarantee, they want to charge us £800 plus the difference in cost between mattresses! Ended up buying another new mattress elsewhere, less than a month after buying the bed from Bensons! They calculate on the ENTIRE bed cost AT FULL PRICE instead of the discounted price!
I wouldn't use them again or recommend to anyone personally.
