Choosing a bed or mattress is not always easy but we were given good information to help us decide

I wanted a new mattress for our double bed and knew I wanted a Sealy as our last mattress had also been this make.
The gentleman in the showroom in Preston showed me 3 and explained a little about each one to me and asked if I slept on my side as he said to test each one in the position I slept in.
He was very helpful and I bought one in the January sale which was half price so I thought good value for money .
I also took advantage of the delivery option and taking my old one away at the same time.

Costanza couldn't have done more to help me in choosing my beds. There was no rush and she explained everything to me about the different beds and mattresses.

We arrived without a clue on what we wanted. But got there had a look around asked a staff and they were nothing but helpful. They made the whole process easy and helped with what we wanted and gave us the best price possible. Couldn’t find anything like it anywhere. Would 100% suggest everyone to go there!

The staff weren’t pushy, I approached Steve for advice, he was knowledgeable, took me to three appropriate for my budget and then left us to try them out and discuss.
I chose a completely different mattress, and again he explained the quality, price and process. An excellent salesman, thank You.

After greeting us staff left us to browse and when we needed advise they were really helpful without being pushy. Nothing puts me off buying from a company more than when they try to push you towards buying a particular item.

Myself and my wife went in to the Preston store earlier today and we were served by a lovely young lady called Costanza. We were looking for a super king size mattress and I must say that the help she gave us was absolutely fantastic. Her knowledge of the mattresses in the store was superb and she explained everything so well. Without Costanza’s help we probably wouldn’t have bought anything because there were so many mattresses to choose from, each with their own different attributes. She narrowed the choice down for us based on what we had told her and that helped us to make a decision. She was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable but she was also so patient, friendly and helpful. Costanza is a shining example of brilliant customer service. Thank you so much Costanza. You’re a star!

I felt the service was great, Gary was very helpful and I ordered what I needed.
Obviously, can't comment on delivery and quality of product until mid December.
