Bensons For Beds - Preston314 Avis 

I bought the Hip Hop double bed, bedside cabinet, drawers, and wardrobe as a set. While the other pieces seem fine, the bed is very poorly designed. It relies on flimsy screws that just can’t support normal use. The bed has collapsed twice already, which is both frustrating and unsafe. The wood is untreated and stains very easily, which makes maintenance difficult. Overall, I’m disappointed with the quality and would not recommend this furniture to anyone looking for durability

Anita was a knowledgeable and pleasant person who attended us during our visit. Wasn’t overbearing but allowed us to choose exactly what we wanted in our own timeline.
Offered us some advice when needed and we both agreed that she was very helpful but respectful of our space when we came down to making our final decision on what mattress we were going to buy.

Anita was so helpful and easy to talk to, she made the whole process of choosing two beds, mattresses and headboards really relaxing and easy.

The young lady who attended me was very polite and helpful, she explained the differences in mattresses. After I had decided what one l wanted she arranged a delivery date to suit me.

Efficient and knowledgeable of the product

This is a shopping experience we weren't looking forward to. There was so much to choose from and different options. When we arrived at Benson's in Preston we were greeted by Constanza who made the experience from start to finish stress-free and easy. We had quite a few beds and mattresses to buy. She gave her opinion without being pushy and constantly kept checking upon our order to ensure we could get everything as early as possible. She was knowledgeable and really friendly to deal with giving her help and advice which was invaluable. What could ve been a difficult experience she made easy. Definitely recommend her and Bensons for their customer service. Thank you

We recently purchased a lovely bed frame and mattress from Bensons for Beds, and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Two amazing staff members, Anita and Steve, attended to us and truly went above and beyond. They were warm, polite, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable.

They patiently answered all our questions and gave us the confidence to make the right purchase. Steve especially made the experience memorable – he had us laughing as he enthusiastically jumped up and down on the bed to demonstrate its quality! His energy and genuine passion were infectious, and both he and Anita made us feel so well taken care of.

The staff were very helpful and asked about our requirements.
We were shown a number of beds and one really seemed to fit our needs but felt we needed a little time to think.
We returned two days later and purchased the mattress
and are looking forward to the delivery.

Update 19th May.
New Headboard arrived, nothing like photo, material sticking out one corner, caught my finger on a staple sticking out at back and panels are 23cm except one panel at end that's 26cm so looks odd….sigh
Update. 24th April.
Well first off I would say the delivery guys were very good and very apologetic.
Unfortunately the replacement headboard arrived yesterday but didn’t even make it off the back of the lorry as it arrived damaged.

Another 3-4 weeks waiting for the next one………As Benson for Beds products appear so shoddily made, will it be 3rd time lucky???

So have had a bed delivered today by bulls in a china shop. The result is scuffs all over the walls in a freshly decorated bedroom and empty bedroom. Delivery no stars.

Then, compared to what’s in store and what’s delivered, the headboard is full of creases, and there is a small tear in the corner. Definitely not worth anywhere near the cost.

I feel like I’ve been conned.

Welcomed on arrival, but allowed to look around with no pressure. Salesperson was readily available when I had some questions

I placed an order for a single bed hip hop frame and a mattress to go with it. I received excellent customer service from the two ladies in the shop. They took their time to explain all I wanted to know and also helped me to find exactly the same mattress which I had bought previously about 7 years ago by looking it up on the system.

The lady who assisted us, Costanza, was really lovely & helpful. She gave us lots of information as to the different choices available for what we wanted and then left us to look around before returning.
During the sale, Costanza give us lots of options re types of pillows etc and lots of general advice. She gave us all the info we needed to complete the sale. Excellent experience overall.
