Helen was fantastic, very helpful and not at all pushy. Helped us use the test bed that helped figure out what firmness of mattress we wanted, and then expertly deduced what we needed.

Being a previous customer, 8 years ago, they were able to tell me the type of mattress I purchased then. So I was able to order a replacement but with a firmer edge.

Very helpful sales staff at Rotherham, I had to delay the delivery by two weeks, one quick phone call and that was sorted without any issues.
Not sure if it's unit 2 or unit 7 at Rotherham but excellent service.
