New mattress
I went into your store determined to buy a new mattress I explained to your sales rep John that I have fibromyalgia and suffer chronic pain! He was very understanding and helpful we used the test bed that determines what level of firmness you need mine was medium then he asked what kind of budget we had in mind and continued to show us mattresses in that range I didn't feel rushed and felt comfortable trying the different mattresses

The manager of the store me and my partner bought our bed from was so welcoming and helped us choose the right one for us. The delivery guys (I forgot their names) were so polite and lovely to talk to.

We went out yesterday on a bit of a spur of the moment shopping trip to finally get a new mattress. I have bought a bed frame and 2 other mattresses from Bensons in the last 10 years or so, so it was naturally a place high on out list of places to go shopping. We did call in at Dreams forst off and did find one that seemed like a good deal and a decent mattress around the £850 price mark. I suggested we called into Bensons as it was literally next door, so we nipped round. We explained what we needed and John directed up to the options, one being a display matress that fitted the bill perfectly and was also a bargain, which we all love! We organised delivery and paid, so within 10 minutes we were all sorted. So a great decision we dropped in!

Brilliant customer service
The sales person in the Rotherham Parkgate was brilliant, no pressure sales and very efficient. The 2 beds came and assembled by the crew, left no mess, were so polite and did an amazing job.
