Was very helpful in finding a mattress for my bad back. They even said they will take it upstairs when they deliver it. Not many companies will do that .

A great experience at Bensons for Beds…
A great experience at Bensons for Beds Scunthorpe, Holyrood Drive.
David greeted us on arrival, gave some brief guidance on what to look for after discussing our needs, and then left us alone to try and peruse at our leisure, no pressure selling here.
He then assisted with the final selection process for the mattress (from 2 we had shortlisted), in addition to help choosing a decent divan base that would work for our needs, and then he worked out a deal for the two that we were really happy with at the end.
We also got a delivery date commitment there and then.
An excellent experience after struggling with one of the well known online Mattress brands for the last month.

Polite & helpful staff, nothing too much trouble. Didn’t rush me (I’m a pensioner) explained everything to me in plain English, we had a laugh and it was a very pleasant shopping experience.

Very helpful and good advice given
Mat was very helpful. He took time to give us advice and his knowledge about mattresses. He gave us time and space to try the mattresses and came back to check how we was getting on. He was not pushy at all. He was very friendly and welcoming when we walked into the shop which was nice. Thank u mat

Scunthorpe Store
The manager at the Scunthorpe store was extremely helpful and had fantastic product knowledge.When asked a question he had the answer straight away and knew exactly where it was in the shop .The purchase of our new bed and wardrobe was a pleasant and smooth transaction.

Can’t thank Lloyd, Matthew and team enough for putting our little muck up right 🤣 Lloyd pulled out all the stops to secure us the best alternative when we discovered we’d ordered a mattress that was FAR too big for our new bed. Service to me is all about how you tackle stuff and Lloyd and his team in Scunthorpe are top notch, 5 stars
