They delivered everything they promised when selling the mattress. The delivery was at the time they said and by two gentlemen who were very polite and courteous.

From walking into the store to actually receiving my new mattress I couldn’t have asked for more .. the sales team were very friendly and helpful and I was updated about the process frequently.. the delivery went very smoothly and I got a call from the delivery men to say when they would arrive and they were true to their word and they took it to the room I wanted it in . As for the mattress (slumberland Air 6) is extremely comfy and definitely one of my best buys .. finally I would definitely, recommend Bensons for Beds

Excellent all round. Ordering in the shop (Sheffield) was made easy by very knowledgeable staff. Delivery was spot on. Updates all week and time slot given, which was kept to. Delivery lads lovely - very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Mattress is amazing! Thank you.

From beginning to end the customer service team have been amazing! They ask if your ok if you need anything let me know then leave you to it! ( which I like I hate it when they bother you) We only went looking as I was in the middle of decorating and holidays but they said they could set the latest date that we think we would be ready if not move it, which I did twice maybe three times but it was so so easy to do! The bed itself is fantastic, very solid looks and feels wonderful. We paid for them to put it together can’t fault the service or the quality! Would definitely recommend!

We shouldn't have worried, excellent service at Bensons for Beds
We were dreading going to purchase a new bed as its alot of money and worried might get a bed that didn't suit us both. We went firstly to Benson for Bens at Drakehouse and thank goodness we did. The Manager Christopher served us and he instantly put us at ease. We got onto the 'Smart Bed' which showed our pressure points and recommended the firmness we needed from a mattress. Christopher then showed us various Medium Mattress and Ottoman Bases, luckily we both picked the same one. We went a few days before a sale and he kindly honored any discounts that might be coming up. We were so impressed we didn't even bother going to any other bed showrooms. Thank you.
