We shouldn't have worried, excellent service at Bensons for Beds
We were dreading going to purchase a new bed as its alot of money and worried might get a bed that didn't suit us both. We went firstly to Benson for Bens at Drakehouse and thank goodness we did. The Manager Christopher served us and he instantly put us at ease. We got onto the 'Smart Bed' which showed our pressure points and recommended the firmness we needed from a mattress. Christopher then showed us various Medium Mattress and Ottoman Bases, luckily we both picked the same one. We went a few days before a sale and he kindly honored any discounts that might be coming up. We were so impressed we didn't even bother going to any other bed showrooms. Thank you.

Great experience with a mattress swap
We had to use the 40 night comfort guarantee as we just didn't get on with the first mattress we chose. But they made it all very easy, and the staff in-store at Drakehouse sorted everything out for us. We are very, very happy with the outcome!
We never felt any pressure to make a quick choice or leave the store - we actually tried a number of mattresses at three different stores (Doncaster, Meadowhall Retail Park, Drakehouse Retail Park). We went back a number of times - spending up to two hours on a couple of occasions! - and never felt like we had to leave.
Other positives were loads of choice at different price points, knowledgeable staff, and clear pricing. The delivery service was efficient. Both times they left everything clean and tidy.

We visited the drakehouse Sheffield…
We visited the drakehouse Sheffield branch today and we was met by one of their staff members called Kate who was brilliant. Kate took us through all the different variations of mattresses and patiently let us try them all out more than once before we made our final decision. I like to say Kate made us feel at ease and comfortable and not pressured in anyway for a sale and we will definitely be recommending our friends and family members too thanks again kate for your lovely service today

We arrived and stated that we were just browsing, and then the lady, Kate, said ok but just let me show you these beds, we had a good look round and tried a few beds, a main concern for us at our age was that the mattress was manageable for us to turn at our age and over the next few years but not compromise on quality and comfort. We eventually decided and were pleased with the final price
