Great customer service in the Hedge End…
Great customer service in the Hedge End store and the guys that delivered the mattress were fantastic. The reason for dropping a star is due to us changing our mind on the mattress firmness the following day after ordering but this then knocked our delivery date back a week and I couldn't understand how we couldn't just keep our original delivery date as it was still 6 weeks in advance. But as a whole, we fully recommend Benson Beds :)

Also I visited several "bed shops", including major High Street retails (all well known). I was looking for quality, style (not the cheapest) and delighted with my experience with Bensons for Beds in Southampton. Thank you Azad.

Great from start to finish
From start to finish, the service was great. The bed we have is perfect and on choosing our mattress, the staff gave us the time and space we needed to choose along with providing guidance on which one would meet our needs.

We went into the Hedge End
We went into the Hedge End, Southampton branch after visiting a couple of competitors stores and explained what we wanted and our budget to Jonathan, who managed to find and sell us exactly what we were after.
He was very knowledgeable and polite and we would recommend both Jonathan and Benson Beds to our friends and family. We were kept up to date with the delivery schedule and the bed is very comfortable and should last a long time. Overall, very satisfied.
