Bensons For Beds - Southport668 Avis 

Me and my mum went into the Southport store to choose beds for her, myself and my son. We dealt with Ian who was absolutely lovely and thoughtful (and cheeky in a good way) he helped us find what we felt was most comfortable and supportive. He really knew his stuff! He was so helpful, and I ended up with the first bed he showed me because he knew instantly it would be the one for me after I told him what sort of softness I like from a mattress. My mum struggles with her back and she was truly looked after, making sure the right bed was picked to help with the pain when she lay on her side. In store experience was brilliant, we had a laugh, felt looked after and ended up with brilliant new beds! Someone give Ian a raise!!
Mine and my sons bed arrived a few days ago and I’m soo happy with them, both had lovely nights sleeps, definitely was the right decision, and so glad we got them while there was an offer on, high quality beds for a fraction of the price.
Big thanks again to Ian at the Southport store, almost became like family after the whole 2 days we spent in there haha 😂 can tell he truly cares about your needs and will not stop untill he finds you the perfect one. Thank you so much for all your help, and for our beautiful new beds, highly reccomend

I didn’t feel obliged to buy from the store , but given information about the product I was interested in and alternative options with no pressure. The staff in Southport are very professional and made me feel at ease. They are very knowledgeable about the products they sell and the customer service skills are excellent. I would recommend Benson for Beds to my family and friends.

Emma who looked after me was very knowledgable , she knew hers facts , advised me certain mattresses that she thought would suit my bad back and managing heat !
She left me alone for as long as I needed to try the mattress’s out .
Needless to say I bought one before leaving the building .

We recently purchased a mattress for the Southport store of Bensons, the sales girl was absolutely fantastic, & very professional. I forgot her name?
The two guys who delivered the mattress, James & Harris were fantastic & very respectful of our home. It was a very difficult job to get the mattress up two flights of stairs, but with careful handling & professionalism, they managed it! Great service 👍

The lady in the Southport showroom was very helpful and her guidance enabled to purchase a suitable bed for us along with other items
Delivery men were very helpful and placed the beds and mattress carefully in the rooms we wished .

The store manager was very helpful and friendly. And the store had a large selection of beds and mattresses.

The member of staff was very knowledgeable and I felt confident I was getting the right product for me. I was not rushed. The delivery was very efficient and the staff were polite and helpful.

Emma who dealt with us was very knowledgable. Very patient, especially as we had our 5 year old granddaughter with us. She showed us all the options. Took time to explain everything.

The two lads did an amazing job getting my super kingsize bed into my room. They soon put it all together. They were very friendly and polite and they are an absolute credit to Bensons for Beds. I hope their boss realizes the hard work they put in. My bed is amazing, to top it off good was the 2 lads that delivered it. I will certainly be using bensons for beds again in the future

Absolutely superb service. The two members of staff I dealt with were welcoming, personable and extremely knowledgeable about the product.

Highly recommend Bensons in Southport. We bought our last mattress from there 10 years ago so thought we'd return. Kiara was a star. She explained everything and looked after us start to finish. So hopefully this mattress will last 10 years too and I'm hoping Kiara will still be there as well. The last salesperson was, so I'm thinking that's testament to the store.
