Brilliant customer service at Speke (Liverpool)
Went into Speke (Liverpool) store to try out some mattresses after initially choosing one online. The service from Tracy was absolutely brilliant. Very professional, personable and so helpful. Feel like I came away very confident about a well informed choice of super king size bed and mattress. Thank you.

Good choice, helpful staff.

The in store help, And customer service, provided by Dan, at the Speke, Liverpool store, was excellent. It wasn’t too intrusive, and really helped me to test and try out and choose the correct mattress for me. Would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Staff knowledgeable about the beds they sell
Purchased a bed in 2013 from Bensons. Very pleased with it so went again recently to purchase a new one.
The 3 staff involved in my purchase were very helpful and knowledgeable about the beds they sell. Decided and went back 2 days later to complete the purchase.
Look forward to delivery. So far so good!

Both Chris and his female colleague (apologies we didn't get her name) were fantastic. Very approachable and obviously experts within their field as they provided brilliant advice on the most appropriate bed and mattress.

Very helpful
Very helpful , lovely guy helped us decide what mattress was best for us. He gave us our space to look around and try out different mattresses , he helped us get the best deal and talked us through our payment options. Another lady there was very polite and helpful also .

I am very pleased with my new bed!
I was very pleased with how everything ran so smoothly, every step of the way.
I like that my old bed was taken away and there was no mess left in my bedroom!
I like the information Bensons give about how to preserve my new mattress and how to clean it.
