Avoid using this branch!
I recently had dealing with the Stockport branch of Bensons for Beds. The initial sales staff were pleasant and helpful.
HOWEVER the bed did NOT arrive on the delivery date given to us. The old bed was dismantled and taken to the tip in anticipation of the delivery.
When Adam (the manager) was contacted about it, he was found lacking. He was not at all bothered that a 75 year old lady would be sleeping on the floor.
He just wanted to wash his hands of the problem, pass it off to somebody else.
He wasn't helpful in any way.
Avoid at all costs. Do not use this branch!
