I was kept up to date regarding delivery, phoned the day before to ensure delivery was to go ahead and had a call prior to delivery giving time they would arrive. The team were efficient and friendly, would use Bensons again.

Got my mattress delivered by Andy Mac and Andy p on time and in a friendly manner.

I had some issues with the height of my bed when it was delivered.
I went back into the store in Stockton On Tees to discuss the problem with them and Marie the sales person could not have been more helpful and a new slim base was ordered, which I am now waiting to be delivered. It was great to receive old fashioned customer service which is rare these days

Excellent delivery and set up . Instructions on care provided . Left room tidy and took all rubbish . The bed looks very comfy and we are sleeping a lot better. The sales team were very helpful and laying on demo bed was innovative telling us what pillow and mattress suited us

Came in for a new mattress, we know exactly the feel of the mattress that we wanted. Marie (I hope I got the name right) was very helpful and we tried out a couple until finding our perfect one.
Great staff and service

We purchased 2 bases, a mattress and a headboard. Sales staff were great, left us alone to choose the basics and then helped us narrow down the choices even finding the details of the last mattress we had bought. We agreed a delivery date at time of order and this was confirmed along with a time envelope by email. All items were delivered on time, and undamaged by the friendly and efficient delivery team. Putting the bases together was relatively easy although putting the mattress on the ottoman base with the lid raised after the piston installation was a bit of a struggle. All in all we are very happy with our new purchase.
Minor niggles. Post order emails received included a picture of the wrong item. This was sorted by a phone call to the sales team. Installation guide could be clearer regarding the gas cylinder installation and removal. Finally, we're left with a big pile of plastic with no obvious information as to where it can be recycled. As a minimum, mobius loop on the plastic covering the bases would have been helpful, recycling instructions on the website better.

Very fast, friendly efficient service from ordering online, to arranging delivery and being kept updated with timeslots via email and text. Excellent customer service from Brad and Lewis (delivery team) called day before to check all OK for delivery and rang 30 mins before. Even informed me they'd be at the earlier part of time slot. Cannot recommend enough. And my disabled mam is over the moon with her new orthopedic bed.. Best nights sleep she's had in a long time!!

The advisor was super helpful. We wanted to see how high a bed would be with a different mattress on so he swapped it over. That way we could see if my elderly mam could get in and out easily.

The store is very versatile and accessible with lots of options on display to browse. Marie was super knowledgeable and helpful and was able to fully help us based on the information we provided as well as taking us through the sleep tracker. Everything was done to the finest degree of detail with ordering and we're very excited to see our new bed!

The chap we spoke to was excellent. He knew all about the product and took the time to understand our needs so helped with the mattresses we wanted to know more about but showed us others which might be good for us. He also gave us advice on the pillows we may need which after one sleep last night was wonderful! Thank you
