Sales girl at Fforestfach branch not at all pushy unlike other bed outlets we have been to. She was extremely up to date and clued up on the various products in store and was able to answer all our questions and concerns. She went the extra mile to ensure the bed was exactly what we needed and also sorted out various savings we could make including my wifes blue light card discount. Wish we had come here first rather than wasting time at other stores

The senior Sales Assistant Bethan was absolutely 💯 brilliant with helping us to choose our mattress to suite our needs very knowledgeable no pressure explained everything clearly took her time and give us plenty of time to choose the mattress.
Bensons back up and delivery service was excellent easy to track their delivery journey and arrived well within the 2 hr,delivery slot.both gentleman we’re careful swift polite and courteous.Well done Bensons.

Excellent Customer service
Rang the store to check they had the products we wanted. Spoke with Bethan - who confirmed we had previously shopped with Bensons for beds in Shrewsbury - confirming the products & sizes we had before. She assured us the Swansea store had them in stock & she would reserve them with our name on for collection on Saturday. Bethan was bubbly efficient very customer focused. We visited the store on Saturday to collect & pay for our reserved item . On meeting Bethan she was everything a customer service adviser should be-it was all about us the customer & our products. She excellent & I would highly recommend the Swansea store - 1st class service Bethan & a great customer experience - Thank you

Staff ready to assist and answer questions but allowing us freedom to browse and try out without feeling hassled. Sarah at the Swansea store was very easy to interact with and was very quick and efficient at forwarding quotes and information. A very pleasant experience and a very good 50% off deal.

Patient staff who took the time to explain options. It was easy to change the delivery dates when the flooring was delayed. Delivery was very smooth with updates on time of delivery and the delivery men were good with putting the beds together on a very hot day.

I visited the Swansea Branch twice while choosing a bed both experiences were really good, great advice given. The delivery process was great, 2 hr time slot given a while before delivery and emails keeping you updated and then a phone call prior to delivery.
