Awful delivery service
Awful delivery service, they left 3 super king size beds and mattress in living room for myself and my wife to carry upstairs. They said the delivery time is 2 pm but they actually delivered in the evening around 7pm.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I'm truly sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your delivery. I understand that during the delivery, the drivers were unable to get the items upstairs themselves. I understand this has caused an inconvenience and I will feed this back so we can improve our services in the future.
Thank you for your review - Lauryn at Customer Care.

At main store , Great service, friendly and extremely patient & helpful.
Some delivery issues easily resolved by the company but nothing that would prevent me from using Bensons in the future. Delivery services very good.

Consistent high quality service!
The showroom staff were on top of their game following our confused ramblings to determine the best option for us. The bed arrived one week later and was ‘built’ in our bedroom by extremely agreeable delivery men. A very similar experience each time e shop at Bensons.
