The member of staff that assisted us was very knowledgeable, she listened to what we needed and guided us through various options suitable to our needs allowing us to make a the right choice for us. There was no pressure to buy and we were allowed to try out and re-try as many different mattresses as we wanted. The terms of sale were explained clearly and any questions asked were answered in a way which was easy to understand. Overall our experience was excellent

The store was nice and quiet as I went early in the morning. Asha assisted me straight away and helped me to try different mattresses. She was very thorough and friendly and helped me to find things within my budget but that also worked for what I needed. Very happy with the service and I’m looking forward to my new mattress arriving!

I looked around at a lot of bed places, I found the service and knowledge of Asha (sales person) here amazing, Asha was not pushing for the sale and was very helpful with the correct bed and mattress and really helpful with the entire process.
It was actually a pleasurable experience purchasing the bed.

Our sales lady Asha from the Thurrock - lakeside branch was so helpful and patient, she had great knowledge on all the beds/mattresses, and answered all our questions with no hesitations, she was kind and understanding towards our needs. Very nice lady indeed.

My first experience buying a bed in a shop so I had no clue what I was doing - Christopher was quick to guide me and my partner through the process and we found a new bed and mattress within 10 minutes. He explained all different kinds of mattresses and pillows, and allowed us to try them out. Process was very easy but definitely would have been a lot longer and frustrating without Christopher’s help! He also put up with me being very indecisive! Thank you so much!

Robin at the Lakeside, Thurrock branch was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was the happiest assistant there and talked me through my options whilst keeping budget in range. We had a good laugh and made a fair deal. I hope you get Robin if you attend.

I was looking to buy a mattress and Bensons beds was my first choice. I have purchased from Bensons previously and was extremely happy with the service I received. I was not hassled on entry Gary my salesman wauted for me to approach him. He was extremely knowledgeable on the products he was selling.
I was not rushed or coerced in any way. He was really friendly, polite and nothing was too much trouble
