A pleasant experience
Mr. George B in Torquay store was very helpful and knowledgeable. He explained everything very clearly. He helped us all the way through our shopping. Other staff are also very friendly and the shop is neat and clean.

Excellent staff, Excellent service. Absolutely no hard sell, no pressure or pushing for a certain brand. Jake, Darren and Darren did their upmost to find me a great deal, which I believe they certainly did 😄. Thanks fellas, was also nice to be able to just have a chat in general after I had made my purchase.

Pleasant and easy shopping…
Had a pleasant and easy shopping experience, when we first visited George was very helpful in explaining what was where in the store and the selection available. We appreciated the space and time to the. Have a good look round by ourselves. Having made a note of a likely selection we went away to think about it for a day or two and on our return George was again available to take us through the purchase process.

Excellent customer service
Just ordered a mattress recently, so just wanted to give a review on the customer service which I have to say was excellent. Jake was very helpful with information on different mattresses, but with absolutely no pressure, and with a very friendly nature. look forward to receiving my mattress soon.
