Bensons For Beds - Uddingston650 Avis 

We purchased the bed from the Birkenshaw store, Uddingston. We were helped by Linda. She listened to what we needed as the bed was for our son with additional needs. She gave us options and didn't pressure us to buy at any point. We returned later that day with our son to try the bed which analysed pressure points. Everything was calm and friendly. We were very supported to make the right decision re a mattress and Linda had obviously thought about our son's needs between visits as she suggested the bed cover to protect the mattress.

Staff at the Uddingston showroom in particular Heather were very attentive and extremely helpful and clearly had extensive knowledge of the products which made our purchase quite easy.
Regular updates on my purchase were excellent. E mails detailing status of my purchase.Contacted by mobile phone the day before to confirm delivery and 30 minutes prior to arrival of staff to deliver and assemble bed. The delivery team William and David were polite courteous and delivered a 1st class service. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bensons for beds at their Uddingston branch. In all 5 star.

The service from start (showroom) right through to delivery, packaging and finally the bed quality has been excellent.

The staff were helpful and friendly. I felt they let us go round the showroom without being pestered but were on hand immediately if we had any questions. Linda helped us purchased a mattress and I found her lovely and she done what she could to get us the best deal.

On time delivery

No complaints, came on the day requested, bang on time, courteous delivery team,new mattress in old one in no time, the only thing we had to do was make the bed up.

The sales assistant was wonderful. Spent time , no rush ,knowledgeable and a lovely happy person. I took a long time to decide and she fully understood what I was looking for.
We went to look not really to buy on that day but we bought.

The service in the shop was excellent. The mattress was delivered as arranged.

I loved sales representative who took my order she was absolutely brilliant but what I didn't like was the fact that Benson's beds are charging me £50 delivery from their store which is 3 minutes away from my home, I am not a miserable person but £50 is way to much I would pay £20 but I've learned my lesson I will just be picking my goods up if and when I buy from Benson's beds again.

I was very happy with my purchase. Maureen was very helpful and went out of her way to for me. I have Parkinson disease and was grateful for her kindness. She knew what I needed and went about it in a professional manner. Not very good with this message and hope you get this.

A dont even think one star.would have been better sleeping ruff on the streets than £1000 mattress my back is breaking.Avoid this company at all costs the costumer service was shocking,8year warranty doesn't cover anyhthing waste of money and time go to Dreams instead.
