Bensons For Beds - Weston Super Mare376 Avis

Sales guy was very helpful and approach was friendly and welcoming. We had children with us and he made it much easier too buy the children beds

not had delivery just yet so i can not comment on the delivery and set up part. What i can comment on how fantastic our sales person was. My daughter has disabilities and he was so patient with her and really helped us make what could of been a distressing experience for my daughter a calm and smooth one. He went way and beyond to help us.

Emily in the Weston Super Mare store was absolutely fantastic. Answered all our questions and made the whole process of selecting and ordering our 2 mattresses very easy.

The salesman (Irfan) was knowledgeable, helpful and humorous.
His salesmanship/personality sold the bed.

Knowledgeable, patient, not pushy good sence of humour.

Found the gentleman who dealt with us ,absolutely gave us good service and advice and best of all a good deal ,thank you ,regards Richard

Very friendly helpful staff, very informative without the pressure, giving you time to think and make your own mind up

I’d rung the day before so already had a link person to ask for. He was there and showed me my options. Quick, reliable and professional. A good service.

Owen in the Weston Super Mare store was very helpful letting me and my daughter try different mattresses on different beds to check comfort. Order process was easy and lots of discounts. Their in-store prices were incorrect so they honoured the prices I'd found online.
Delivery date was about three weeks so not too bad. I've only given 4 stars so far as the delivery hasn't been completed yet so the process isn't complete and I don't have the goods. Otherwise I'm very happy.

Pleasent salesman who had good knowledge of the products we were interested in.

Good product at a good price. Helpful staff in store and for delivery. This is the third mattress we have purchased from Bensons and would definitely recommend and use again.

Great customer service. Gave us time to look and try products.

Very helpful salesman

Our third time purchasing from Weston branch. Always friendly, knowledgeable & patient!

I felt that the customer service I received from the team was exemplary.

Excellent service as always and that is why we always come back to Bensons time and time again

We dealt with the Weston-super-Mare branch and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They were informative and helped us choose the best bed and frame for our needs. We would highly recommend

Excellent service by Ricky, for whom nothing was too much trouble.

Helpful friendly staff, offering good advice when needed, not in your face. Good selection of products. Good quality.
