Very good communication on ordering and…
Very good communication on ordering and delivery date. My only concern was that it was not set up. As an 85 year old it took me all day to unpack and. Assemble. Apart from that I am very pleased with my new bed.

Bensons Aura TV Bed
We had the Aura TV bed delivered and chose to pay for the build and set up - Wayne, Lewis and Kieren were absolutely excellent - polite and helpful - the bed is very heavy and with the surround sound set up seems quite complicated. The bed was built and set up with two hours and all rubbish was taken away and the room left clean and tidy - absolutely excellent !!! Bed is amazing surround sound on TV amazing - I have reads loads of negative reviews for this bed and I wonder if maybe people aren’t able to build it and set it up correctly ?? Ours is brilliant ! Thank you :-)

Customer service was exceptional in the store, and I found what I was looking for very quickly. Once my mattresses were made, they were delivered very quickly and smoothly. Everyone who was involved, from sales, customer service and delivery, was very friendly and accommodating.
